A. NETBOOKS:

What are the features of the Netbook?

Netbook has Windows CE/Android operating system with 256 MB RAM. 2GB internal memory & expandable upto 32GB.

Perfect for Internet Surfing, editable office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Built in WIFI, Music, Video Player, Chat with Friends, Your Mini Laptop on the Go.

How to connect to Internet?

You can connect to Internet using Simple LAN connection ( Broadband connection) or WIFI.

Can we use any 3G Dongle or TATA photon, Reliance netconnect, Idea netsetter or MTS Mblaze?

You can not connect above mentioned device for Internet Surfing.

How can we use Office files like word, excel , powerpoint?

You can use the Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the help of Office program installed in Netbook with Windows CE Operating System. Ggo to Start--> Office.

How to connect the USB pen drive

There are three slots of USB available in the netbook. Customer can use Pendrive up to 4GB.

How to play the songs and video?

Customer can go to media player and play the desired audio and video.

Customer has to go to media player.-->File-->open-->browse--> Select

How to connect the WIFI internet in the tablet?

Click on WIFI POWER on the desktop--> Select wireless information-->Select your internet coonect and press connect.

How to connect the printer or any other device like mobile?

You can not connect printer, mobile or any other device.

How to install any software or antivirus?

You can install the antivirus & other softwares through android market in Android Netbook.

From where we get the WIFI connection or internet connection?

For simple broadband connection ( with Ethernet port) you will need to check the operator service

available. Generally MTNL , BSNL, RELIANCE, TIKONA provides simple internet.

For WIFI connection customer has to install wireless router with simple broadband connection.

Can we connect USB mouse / USB Keyboard?

You can connect USB mouse and USB keyboard.

Can we connect Screen projector to it?

You can not connect the projector or TV or monitor with the Netbook.

How to connect the printer or any other device like mobile?

You can not connect Printer, Mobile or any other device.

B. PC TABLETS:

How to connect to the Internet?

Customer can use the normal broadband Internet connection or WIFI internet connection.

Generally WIFI connection has a router + simple broadband combination.

How to connect the USB pen drive

Customer has to attach the Ethernet port & use the USB disk drive.

From where we get the WIFI connection or internet connection?

For simple broadband connection ( with Ethernet port) you will need to check the operator service

available. Generally MTNL, BSNL, RELIANCE, TIKONA provides simple internet.

For WIFI connection customer has to install wireless router with simple broadband connection

How to connect the printer or any other device like mobile?

You can not connect Printer, Mobile or any other device.

How to connect the WIFI Connection in the tablet?

You can connect to WIFI using WIFI settings-->Click on WIFI to activate it--> Select your network and press on connect.

How can we use Office files like Word, Excel , PowerPoint?

You can use Documents to GO or Office suite Pro application. You can also download any application from Android Market

with Internet connection which allows you to use office files.

How to download Games and how can to play the Games?

You can use inbuilt Games or you can download compatible Games from Android Market using Internet connection.

Can we attach USB KEYBOARD or Mouse?

Yes, you can attach USB keyboard or Mouse.

Can we attach USB HARD DISK to the Tablet?

No, USB HARD DISK can not be attached to the TABLET ( Except Archos 10").

C. DIGITAL CAMCORDERS:

How to use the Camcorder? Which batteries to be used?

Camcorder can be used with the help of Alkaline batteries or Rechargeable batteries.

You can use DURACELL AAA size batteries ( NON Rechargeable) or below mentioned rechargeable batteries

SONY NIMH 1350 mAh or higher

ENVIE NIMH 1350 mAh or higher

Uniross NIMH 1350 mAH or higher

I could not find the proper place to put both batteries?

You need to use one battery at a time either you can use Lithium battery or AAA battery. Both the battery can’t be use at the same time.

My camcorder is showing “card lock / memory locked” when trying to take pictures?

Card lock and memory locked arises when wrong card is used e.g. micro SD card. Customer has to change the card and use SD card Without Adapter.

Pictures are coming so much blackish even after using according to environment and settings?

Need to use the EV setting in the camcorder for Brightness and also can use the Daylight option in White balance.

Can I put both batteries (rechargeable and alkaline) together at same time?

No, both the batteries can not be used at a same time.

How can I see the Pictures/ Videos after captured them?

Customer has to use the Playback button in the camcorder which is above delete button and has triangle icon on it.
