Delivery policy

Our aim is to despatch all orders placed before within 3-4 working days of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed will be processed the next working day. We will usually use a secure courier service for delivery of goods to addresses as mentioned by you. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by WesproDigital.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

Refund Policy:

Wesprodigital.com offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 15 days and for whatever reason you are not happy with it, please call Customer Care on 022-32916036/39 for the refund purpose. Simply return the item unused in its original packaging and the condition in which you received it, quoting the unique order no/Invoice no you have been given. Once the item has been received, your refund will be processed.

Trademark

The logo / image of WesproDigital.com on the home page of the website & other pages and as used in the communication to the User is registered by WesproDigital.com and cannot be used or communicated or distributed without the specific and written permission of WesproDigital.com.

Your Account
